i completed the whole chapter ,but its not counting...see the screenshots, i also completed a full turn ,during my second turn i stepped over a voucher ,but nothing happened(lost my reward) ,literally nothing happened...i want my reward pls...

I have the same issue. Completed the challenges and bought the dice rolled the dice yet I only get coins as a reward and doesn't move forward
In the TOTY midfielder chapter, after the first round if you land on a square with Draft Tokens or gems, you only get 1K coins, even though it says you can claim the reward. I noticed this when I landed on a square that contained a draft token and recorded the one attached where I was supposed to get 800 gems.

Same thing happened to me. Landed in the position pictured below and got 0 gems. Not spending anymore TOTY tokens on rolls until this is straightened out.
I’ve completed the path as well and am on my second pass, but the quest does not register the chapter as completed. I’ve closed and restarted the app and it still doesn’t register. Do you have to have collected every single prize on the path? And, if so, how are we to remember (after multiple passes) since there is no visual indication which prizes have been claimed (since we’re presumably able to claim them repeatedly)? I’ve read and re-read the event instructions and it’s just not clear how this is supposed to work. Some help/clarification would be great. Again, I think I’ve “completed” the chapter insofar as I’ve traveled the entire path once and started it over again and am therefore deserving of the prize (which I have not received). But if that does not satisfy the quest then please tell me what I need to do.
Community ManagerThanks for the screenshots and the extra details. I’ve reported this to the team so they can review the quest requirements and description, as it may be unclear. There should be a clearer indication when rewards have already been claimed.
You don’t need to collect every reward to complete the quest — it should complete once you reach and claim the final player reward on the path.

This is the 2nd time my reward doesnt pop up when i landed on the path with ticket as the reward. seriously EA really need to hire new people cause wtf is dev been on lately.
