tradable goes to untreatable

Hallo, i have bought Mbape 113 overall for Coins in FC Mobile, somewhere around 4 000 000 000.
Now when i want to sell him, he is somehow unreadable and i cant get my coins back. 
Can you please help me and fix this bug. 
My name in game is PasuljTetovac, and in EA Account is KillaFromManila.
