TRADEABLE CARDS BEING UNTRADEABLE

Due to fc mobile mistake they released all 3 weeks card in week 1 during festival fixtures and I got 115 gabriel tradeadble with some other 109 cards which were TRADEABLE but as they were not available on the market they were untradeable. The issues raised when the 109 card got TRADEABLE (which in this case was 109 rb smith) but Gabriel  115 is still untradeable when will this bug be fixed
