Floor 2 is available now, but to get the milestone reward without exiting the board on floor 1 is impossible. It keeps showing purchase limit has been exceeded, please increase quantity.

I have been doing that since last week and it keeps showing purchase limit exceeded please adjust quantity. The first screenshot I sent is what pops up when I click on the exit door. I even reinstalled the game but its still the same thing
I can't do a screen recorded video because the format is not supported here it's an MP4 file but I will take a screenshot now of the number of pumpkin I have is 400 and what happened after I click the exit of floor one just now. Thank you Mendozza

one last question though - what happens when you press on the floor two button that is off to the left of that “doors” panel … can you please show some screenshots of that
I've Already completed the floor 2 as seen in the screenshot here and gotten the milestone reward but I'm still unable to complete the exit of floor 1, please make sure this gets sorted out soon cause this event ends this week, and I won't be able to get the final icon reward without clearing each floor
