@MannyWells in your screenshot you have no pumpkins - you need 120 to progress to the next level.
Once you have them, record video of you trying to get through to the next level and we an see what is happening.
As far as i am aware this has not been reported as an issue elsewhere, but also elsewhere others may not have completed everything on the level like you have??

I can't do a screen recorded video because the format is not supported here it's an MP4 file but I will take a screenshot now of the number of pumpkin I have is 400 and what happened after I click the exit of floor one just now. Thank you Mendozza

one last question though - what happens when you press on the floor two button that is off to the left of that “doors” panel … can you please show some screenshots of that
I've Already completed the floor 2 as seen in the screenshot here and gotten the milestone reward but I'm still unable to complete the exit of floor 1, please make sure this gets sorted out soon cause this event ends this week, and I won't be able to get the final icon reward without clearing each floor
