Trick or treat event bug

Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Platform:Android
What's your device's make and model? samsung galaxy A31
What's your device's firmware? SM-A315F/DS
What is your game version? current
In what game mode did the bug occur? Live Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't exit floor 1 after I've completed everything there since last week now
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 2pm

    @MannyWells wait - if you have completed floor two then you have already exited floor one and that is why it tells you that you can't claim it again - once completed you use the tabs to the side to open the respective floors, not the door at the bottom right corner

    @MannyWells So the issue is that you have completed floor 1, but have been unable to claim the floor one completion reward?

    If so - contact customer service and tell them that you have rewards not received - don't mention the word bug

    The meaning of dbms is.

    You have been disconnected from the server that is why and you need to be connected back

    @MannyWells don’t pay third parties to clear bugs for you - they can’t, all they can do is take your money and possibly your account
