Tyler Adams 117 TWG cannot be released for Star Shards

Hello EA Support,

I bought Tyler Adams OVR 117 TWG from the Market and converted him to Untradeable.

The player appears in the Release list with a value of 5900 Star Shards, but he does not appear in the My Players tab, so I cannot select him for release.

I have removed him from all lineups, confirmed he is not locked, confirmed I only own one Tyler Adams, and restarted the game several times.

The issue still persists.

I spent around 980 million coins to obtain this player. Please investigate this issue. I have attached screenshots as proof.
