Thanks for trying that. I’ve flagged this to the team.
Could you please check two things for us:
- After fully closing, clearing the app's cache data and reopening the game, does the Elite Monthly Supply Card still show “499” and give the same error?
- What are your current device language and in-game language?
Also, please make sure no VPN is active and no other apps are running in the background while testing.

Hello Pulsar,
Since it's iOS it's not possible to clear the app chache, it means unistalling the game & reinstalling to do a full wipe of the data.
I already did this step before contacting support, however i tried this again just now.
This unfortunately does not solve the issue.I was asked to put my device language on English and it has been like that since i was asked by you.
The in-game language is also English.No VPN or other apps were running in the background while doing this test.
On a side note, yesterday i tried using another device to see if this would fix the issue.
However this did not solve the issue and even on the second device the result was the same.

Hello Pulsar,
I just remebered i had another old Android phone laying around.
I did instal the game, changed nothing of languages etc and went to look in the store.
On this phone i was able to buy the "Elite Monthly Supply Card" so i did the transaction.
However i did not buy "UEFA Dreamchasers Welcome Pack Ultra" to see if there i any way it can be solved on the iOS phones.
Android phone specifications :
- Samsung Galaxy A12
- Android 13 - One UI Core 5.1 - Kernelversion 4.19.111-27127798
- Language phone: Dutch
- Language game: DutchMaybe this can help your team search for the exact issue that only seems to be appearing in iOS.

Hello Pulsar,
After tonights update there are more things that give the same bug.
"Songkran Splash Mini Pass" "Monthly streak pack IV" "Monthly streak pack VI" all seem to be having this bug.This time the support message seems diffrent tho.
