Hello Pulsar,
I just remebered i had another old Android phone laying around.
I did instal the game, changed nothing of languages etc and went to look in the store.
On this phone i was able to buy the "Elite Monthly Supply Card" so i did the transaction.
However i did not buy "UEFA Dreamchasers Welcome Pack Ultra" to see if there i any way it can be solved on the iOS phones.
Android phone specifications :
- Samsung Galaxy A12
- Android 13 - One UI Core 5.1 - Kernelversion 4.19.111-27127798
- Language phone: Dutch
- Language game: Dutch
Maybe this can help your team search for the exact issue that only seems to be appearing in iOS.

After tonights update there are more things that give the same bug.
"Songkran Splash Mini Pass" "Monthly streak pack IV" "Monthly streak pack VI" all seem to be having this bug.
This time the support message seems diffrent tho.

Not that i care to much about this stuff, but it seems like the problem is getting bigger & bigger regarding the ingame store.
