Can’t seem to make the “Go to Exchange” overlay disappear (even though I’ve utilized the button to go to the Exchange multiple times.). Closed and reopened the app and still can’t get it to go away. Consequently, I can’t claim the first (or any other) prize. Am I missing something?

Customer service won’t have the expertise to help with game specific bugs - the team is onto it and will hopefully have it fixed well before the offer ends
Workaround Found.
Works for the 4th reward onwards. Scroll till the Claim button is just right to the exchange button and you can click on the Claim button.
Is EA actually working on a fix? This is already the 5th day the event finishes in 4 days, and I am still getting stupid and pathetic responses from the Customer Service like “how to restart the game” and stupid questions like “have you met the eligibility to claim the rewards?” Without any acknowledgement of the bug.
Seems like an iPad only issue. The EA Customer Service has been totally useless past 2 days. They don’t even understand plain and simple English. They keep sending me predefined responses to close and restart the app.
Good to see that the issue has been acknowledged here and EA is working on a fix.
The team is aware and is working on a fix for tablet users that are impacted … as a workaround, if you can open your game on a phone, you won’t have the issue
Pretty confident that it’s the aspect ratio of iPads/tablets that’s the issue. It provides less real estate in the horizontal and, in this case, it leaves no room to the left of the “GO TO EXCHANGE” overlay to tap the prize buttons. Ought to be easy to fix if someone from EA will just take notice.

Hmm, no issues on Android phone and Iphone so hmm, so it never affected me.
I have seen people post about it on Discord, so this could be more towards the mentioned device screen ratio problem. I'll pass it on anyway.
I also reported this issue to tech support. No resolution as yet. Hopefully we all will be compensated. This is a programming bug.

Nope. Might be an iPad/tablet compatibility issue (as the aspect ratio is different from most phones and that can sometimes cause buttons to overlap one another). You’d think they’d catch that kind of thing before going live, but EA’s quality control/testing has been abysmal lately. I’m so sick and tired of the constant bugs in this game. I’ve currently got two others issues (in addition to this one) under report and no resolution on any of them. One of these unresolved items in going into its second month and God only knows if/when we’ll see any action on this Musiala thing, especially since we’re now headed into a weekend.

Same here. But on my tablet, the claim button is slightly above the “Go to Exchange” overlay, so i can push it.
