Unable to Exchange Players for Shards – Players Still Shown as In Lineup
I have an Igor Thiago and musiala which I was trying to exhchane for shards but it says in line up when not in lineup??

Hello EA FC Mobile Support,
I am facing an issue with exchanging my Gabriel and Marcelo players for Shards. When I try to exchange them, the game says that the players are currently in my lineup. However, I have checked all of my active lineups and formations multiple times, and neither Gabriel nor Marcelo is present in any of them. Because of this error, I am unable to exchange them for Shards. Please check my account and fix this issue so I can complete the exchange. Thank you.
