Unable to Exchange Players for Shards – Players Still Shown as In Lineup
I have an Igor Thiago and musiala which I was trying to exhchane for shards but it says in line up when not in lineup??

Hello EA Support Team,
I am experiencing a persistent glitch in FC Mobile regarding a specific player card. My player [Sane], OVR [117], is stuck with an "In Lineup" status And other players as well .
I have completely removed the player from all my active lineups, substitutes, challenge mode lineups, and exchanges. I have also cleared the game cache and data, but the card remains locked, and I cannot sell it on the market.
Could you please manually unbind this player from my account's hidden lineups so I can trade him?
Go to the gauntlet mode and remove him
