Unable to play divison rivals

Respected EA, The bug/glitch started yesterday. I hopped on to play some head 2 head matches and when I started playing the game showed that I had 999 ping where as I had been playing on 5g with sufficient network to play so due to it the game didn't responded and I lost the match. I thought it was my network issue but after 3-4 matches the issue didn't resolved so I checked if my net was working or not and it worked the other apps were running smoothly even the fc mobile was running smoothly but whenever I tried to play head 2 head it showed the ping as 999. I even tried to play the next day but the issue remained. I even have the footage of it. I am so frustrated with it cause I lost 9 straight matches. I went from 16 stars in fc champion to 7 stars in fc champion. Plz resolve the issue. And if possible then give me back my 9 stars. I hope you understand the issue and work on it asap. If am literally mentally so much harrassed that I have gone into depression. Plz take into account my issue asap. 🥲

    First of all, thanks for responding. And now onto the topic, so I tried almost everything like I troubleshoot my network, I used wifi, I tried reinstalling the game, I cleared all data of the game but it still didn't worked. Plz tell me what to do now as I am unable to ppy division rivals and my goal to reach 30 stars in every mode will be incomplete. Plz I request you
