Unable to play online matches – “Matchmaking Failed” since Wednesday

Hello,
Since last Wednesday, I have been completely unable to play any online match in FC Mobile.
Every time I try, the game shows the message: “Matchmaking Failed.”
Here is what I have already tried:
restarting the game and my phone
switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data
restarting my router
clearing the game cache
reinstalling the game
checking for updates
None of these solutions worked.
I live in West Africa (Benin).
Please check if my account is affected by a server issue, a routing problem, or any other matchmaking bug.
