Thanks for the suggestions. I tried them, doesn't count. EA customer support responded finally and said, transferring training doesn't count towards the quest. That's BS because I didn't always transfer 30 levels. It was only 20-25, after which I trained players normally, and that too isn't the case for all of them. I don't think there is anything to do for me but level up the remaining 12 normally. What a scam.
