Unable to Purchase Champions Star Pass – No In-App Purchases Available on iPhone

Hello,

I have been playing FC Mobile on iPhone for a long time and I have successfully purchased Star Passes and FC Points in the past using this same account.

Since the previous season update, all in-app purchases have disappeared from the Store.

Current issues:

  • No FC Points packages are displayed.
  • The Champions Star Pass (Buffon 125) cannot be purchased. Tapping “Buy” redirects to the Recommended Store instead of the purchase page.
  • The “Link Accounts” option is missing from the game settings.
  • The FC Mobile Webstore reports that my EA Account is not linked, even though I can log into the game normally through Game Center.

Device:

  • iPhone 14
  • iOS 26.5.2
  • Latest FC Mobile version
  • App Store region: Brazil

In-app purchases work correctly in all other iOS applications.

Could you please check whether there is an issue with my account authentication or store configuration?

    After the latest FC Mobile update, my Store does not load any in-app purchases on iPhone 14 (iOS 26.5.2). FC Points packs do not appear, and tapping “Buy” on the Champions Star Pass (Buffon 125) redirects me to the Recommended Store instead of the purchase page. In-app purchases work normally in other iOS games, so the issue is specific to FC Mobile.
