Unable to rank up two identical players

(HH:MM AM/PM) 11:33 am‌I have two same exact players. Same level of training, skill points. Literally everything. One is not allowed to be traded and the other I purchased on the market and ranked up using a universal rank player. I thought they both had to be at 100OVR for me to be able to do it but it won’t let me. I have tried removing them from the lineup, tried both, but nothing happens. Anyone know a way around this?

@latorrediego  make sure neither is in a lineup - then you should be able to rank the untradable into the tradable - the training level doesn’t matter, only the ranks
