I am Broken

Greetings Guys,
My Username is Pheonix_A and I am a proud 117 OVR as a F2P but one thing happened that has broken me. The thing was to hype my midfield, I needed a CM along with Beckham and I was looking to go for Hamsik 113. I needed 500 shards and therefore, I took Howard as a booster. I wanted to rank him up and then sell him, making me a profit of 600 million giving me 300 shards and an easy way to go for him but as soon as I took him, It turned from Tradable to Untradable on its own. When I looked up, I was disheartened as now It was virtually impossible to get Hamsik. This led me to a total loss of 2100 Rank Points. 
I hope EA would look into it.
