Unable to select UEFA Primtime players

Now I’ve been locked out (again) from participating in this event. Obviously no one at EA is working the weekends, but I would appreciate someone responding on Monday to hopefully enable me to join the event late (since matches don’t kick-off until Tuesday). I’ve done nothing wrong in either the first or this most recent instance, so it’s pretty frustrating to get shut out of an event. Nobody from EA responded to my report when this first occurred about a month ago (even after others chimed in reporting the same issue). This is one of the reasons I refuse to spend money on this game — the lack of customer service. EA, this is a chance to begin to change that perception (by fixing the bug that has me locked out of UEFA Primetime). Can I please get a response and a fix to this problem?

I'll have a chat with Pulsar as he defo passed this bug on.
Personally, I gave up on the UEFA Primetime a long time ago. To obtain, e.g., Mbappe with the discount, it will be sometime after the World Cup, and the top card is already outdated by 3 OVR, so it's just pointless to play it unless you have a sentiment to any card there, IMO. I have seen similar feedback from others outside of EA Forums.

Yeah, like you I’d arrived at the conclusion that any winnings would be mere fodder, so it’s really about the principle of the thing — if you run an event then make it work. And if it doesn’t work then acknowledge the fact and try to make those affected whole. Hopefully EA will follow through.

  So, I’m watching the Champions League today still wondering why I got locked out of the UEFA Primetime event and what EA is going to do about it (since it’s now too late to add me for this week). I’ve received a reply from a fellow user, but still nothing from the company. What’s the deal, EA? Are you looking into this? What are you going to do to fix it?
