"Unable to Verify Eligibility"

Hello everyone,

Is anyone else having problems with the "Check Eligibility" step for today's FC Pro Mobile Global Qualifier #1 Europe tournament?

I am successfully registered and marked as "Joined". My FC Mobile username is correct and my EA account is connected to Battlefy. However, whenever I click "Check Eligibility", I receive the following message:

"Unable to Verify Eligibility"

I have already:

- reconnected my EA account,

- verified that I am logged into the correct EA account,

- confirmed that my FC Mobile account is linked to that EA account.

Despite this, the same message keeps appearing.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue or has found a solution?
