Unclaimed Rewards!!!

Ea,i encountered a serious server lag/bug today around 2:00 PM in the Ballon d'Or event. When I tried to collect my selectable milestone rewards, the game froze. After the reconnect, the reward box shows as already claimed/collected, but I never received any of the items (about 8,000 gems and rank-up points). They haven't been added to my account even after several hours. Could you please check my account logs and help me recover my missing rewards? I can provide screenshots as proof. Thank you!
