Underage
I've been trying to claim and buy stuff on the online store for months now and it keeps telling me that my account is underage. I've talked to contact support and it doesn't seem like they can fix it either. I don't know what's going on.

Bro its actually simple, just delete the game and reinstall it and it will ask u for age again then u change it make sure its 18+ nd login
I tried that it still won't work.
