Hello EA Support Team,

 

I am writing to report a serious issue I encountered in FC Mobile.

 

Today, I was in legendary V rank in the VS attack mode. After playing a few matches, I decided to take a short break and opened Instagram. When I returned to the game around 15 minutes later, my rank had automatically dropped to amateur Class III, without playing or losing any match.
