Unfair Counter Attack broken fix it now urgently

Dear EA Sports FC Mobile Team,

I have been playing your game for over five full years. Multiple accounts, thousands of hours, real money spent, real passion invested. This was my favorite mobile game, the one I looked forward to every day.

This season for the first time ever I am genuinely heartbroken and ready to walk away forever.

Counter Attack mode (Competitive Attack / الهجوم التنافسي) has turned into something unrecognizable, unfair, and frankly insulting.

The matchmaking is an absolute disgrace.

I am sitting at 121 OVR and I get matched daily against 124, 125, even 126 OVR teams, sometimes opponents with double or triple my stars/rank. This is not competitive. This is deliberate punishment for players who dont spend endlessly. How is a +3 to +5 OVR gap considered balanced in a ranked progression based mode? It isnt. Its rigged to frustrate and force spending.

Even when the OVR is close, the in game mechanics feel scripted against me in the most ridiculous ways:

Ball hits the crossbar and flies miles away instead of bouncing back for a second chance.

I chase the loose ball to try to recover the lost opportunity, wasting precious seconds, and still end up with nothing.

In both scenarios the chance dies, time runs out, and Im left helpless.

These are not random or skill based moments anymore. They happen far too consistently to feel organic. It feels like the game decides who scores before the match even starts.

Because of this nonsense I grind my way up to 9 stars (sometimes touching 10), only to collapse back to the beginning in the very next session due to absurd uncontrollable errors that are clearly on your end, not mine.

I am exhausted.

I am sad.

I feel disrespected after half a decade of loyalty.

Thousands of other long time players are saying the exact same thing in every forum, every group, every complaint thread. Many have already deleted the game and are not coming back. This is the worst season in FC Mobile history by a huge margin and its driving your most dedicated community away.

I demand immediate and serious action:

Fix the matchmaking in Counter Attack. Hard cap on OVR difference (+-2 at absolute maximum) and proper rank/star balancing.

Investigate and correct the broken chance mechanics (crossbar rebounds that kill attacks, unrealistic ball paths, lost time windows).

Give the community a transparent response: acknowledge the problem, explain what went wrong this season, and give a real ETA for fixes.

If nothing meaningful changes very soon, I will delete every account, stop spending a single cent, and never return. And I know Im not alone, this will cost you tens maybe hundreds of thousands of loyal players.

Please dont let it end like this.

I used to love this game.

Right now it just hurts.

Waiting for a real answer, not another generic copy paste.
