unjust ban
bro just got a 27-day ban without using hacks or anything like that. Yesterday I logged into the game normally, but this morning the message "banned" appeared. Is there any way to resolve this?

to dispute the ban you need to submit the dispute form following this guide, our dedicated terms of service moderation team will review the situation and get back to you via email.
A review normaly takes around 10 days, sometimes longer.
