New members joined my league, but then out of nowhere two were given the name "unknown" with Ger 0, that is, as if the account was banned or deleted and I can't expel them from the league, and with that There were two extra members, I want them to resolve it since I waited a long time, maybe I spent a month with this problem.

As my title says that my game is not working properly. I m trying to login since 5 to 6 hours but not working. Totally showing black screen some times. I have to complete my mission to get 107 rated player but because of this problem I m going to lose this opportunity for getting 107 rated TOTY player. I am very angry about that. Fix lag in the Latin America region
The game stays with Lag most of the time, the joystick feels slow and heavy , players are slow and collide with each other , they miss passes, balls bounce off them , defenders just run after the opponent don't make any tackle to steal the ball , the game has been like this for a month now please fix that.
