Hello EA Support Team, I am having trouble updating my account details. I cannot change the Country/Region setting on my EA account (currently set to United States), and I am also unable to verify my Myanmar phone number (+95). Every time I try, I get the error: "Something went wrong. Try again later." Here are my details: - EA Account Email (Google account): ([edit: email address removed]) - EA ID: Callmejill07 - Game Account Name: Jill - Current Country/Region on account: United States - Desired Country/Region: Myanmar - Phone number I tried to add: +95 9xxxxxxxx (without the leading 0) I have already tried: - Clearing cache and cookies - Different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, mobile and desktop) - Turning off VPN/Proxy But the issue still persists. Will they ever fix the latency in the game?
For several months now, latency within the game has been very poor. It's no longer just head-to-head mode that has a high ping; now it's EVERYTHING in the game, all game modes, even in chronicle matches. I thought it was the high ping (100 ms) in H2H, but even in VSA, which has a good ping (30 ms), players get stuck to the ground, take a long time to shoot, don't turn with the joystick, among many other strange actions that occur. If I remember correctly, this started in January, and since then, every update has only made it worse. I don't know if it has anything to do with the devices. I play on a Motorola G54, and FC Mobile used to work perfectly before.This is my request to the developers.
Hi! How are you? I’m a long-time player of EA FC Mobile. Out of love for the game and with the hope of seeing it improve, I’d like to share some feedback—both suggestions and complaints. 1. Excessive scripting issues – This is something most players experience. It frustrates many, and quite a few players have even posted on Facebook and uninstalled the game because of it. Examples of scripting: misplaced passes, unusually slow player runs, fouls and yellow cards from very light tackles, network lag, and extra time being added in VS Attack matches even after the timer runs out. 2. The game should bring joy and entertainment, not frustration. Yet often it does the opposite. For example, some event matches are made unnecessarily difficult—so hard that many players cannot win no matter how much effort they put in. If the intention isn’t to let players win at all, then what’s the point of including such events? 3. Match stats after every game – It would be much more fun if, at the end of each match, the assist-maker and goalscorer were displayed. 4. Increase substitutions from 3 to 5 players, since FIFA has already updated its rule to allow 5 substitutions. 5. Improve player physicality – Players should feel stronger and more realistic in duels. 6. Add realistic consequences for fouls and cards – For example, players should risk injury after a foul, and if a player receives a red card or two yellow cards across matches, they should be suspended for the next game. This would make the game feel more authentic. 7. Track player records – After a player joins a club, it would be great to keep a record of their total goals and assists. 8. Enhance the VAR system – Show foul reviews explaining why a foul was given, and also include match highlights. This would add excitement for players. Lastly, I apologize for any mistakes in my words. I did not write this out of hostility, but purely out of goodwill and a genuine love for the game.Activity Points - Manager Mode
After the Thursday reset, despite playing, I'm not receiving any activity points for Manager Mode. I'm stuck at 1350 points, which are the ones I accumulated in the first three weeks of the season (450 points each week). In VSA, I've already reached the limit (1800) for the current fourth week, and in H2H I'm increasing them, but in Manager Mode, I'm still stuck at 1350. I receive the daily Captain Tokens, I appear in the rankings, but they're not giving me the activity points.
