Unjustified 2160-Hour Suspension on FC Mobile Account

Hi EA Team,

My FC Mobile account was suddenly suspended for 2160 hours without any valid reason. I have not violated any terms of service, nor have I used any third-party apps or glitches.

I have already submitted an appeal through EA Help, and my Case Number is: #250277209.

My FC Mobile User ID is: <removed>

Could a community manager please look into this case and help me get my account back? I put a lot of time and effort into this game.

    From what you've mentioned, it sounds like you've already created an appeal using these steps. Those appeals will go to our Terms of Service team, who are the only ones able to review or change account bans or suspensions.

    We cannot review this or make any changes on the forums, but since you've already created the case please keep an eye on your case history page here and the ToS team will respond as soon as they complete the investigation. Thanks for the patience in the meantime!

    EA_Mako​ very bad response no one take my case and my account got a glitch ban also why don't care this if ea need money 💰 not a active players I am also a everyday play in ea mobile

I would like to formally appeal this decision as I have never used any third-party software, cheats, or automated tools.Recently, I have been experiencing severe Wi-Fi network instability and frequent disconnections from my internet service provider during matches.
