UNKNWN ERROR [1000]

Hello EA Support,

I'm having an issue with my main account in FIFA Mobile.

When I try to log in, I always get the error:

UNKNWN ERROR [1000].

I already tried reinstalling the game, clearing cache, and switching networks, but the problem still exists.

I created another account to test, and it works fine so the issue is only with my main account.

Please help me recover or fix my account.
