Unskippable ads

I don't know is this only happening to me, recently I am seeing unskippable ads on Fc mobile. After waiting for minutes the skip button doesn't appear. I have to close the app and watch the add again to collect my reward. Please EA team tell me why is this happening?

    Your device model, OS version, region or country, and, if possible, the ad or advertiser causing the issue? A screenshot or screen recording would also help.
