USERNAME GOT CHANGED AUTOMATICALLY.

Hello EA Support,

My username was randomly changed to a long system-generated ID one morning without any action from my side. I can no longer use my original display name, and changing it now requires 200 FC Points.

I am a free-to-play player and have spent over 300 hours on this account. I kindly request a one-time free rename token or a manual username reset so I can choose a proper display name.

Nothing is left for F2P now

    You need to raise a ticket via the in-game menu and query it with EA support. Forums cannot help with that.
    Historically, auto-name changes were typically caused by either a name breaching the rules or suspensions.

    After the initial bots, you should be able to raise a case. So you are on the right track
