Hi there. Thanks for reporting this. So far, this doesn't appear to be happening for other players or during our tests, but I'd like to help check what might be causing the problem in your case.
Could you please try these quick troubleshooting steps to see if they fix the joystick reset?
- First, reset your controls to default in the game settings, and temporarily try using the static (fixed) joystick instead of the floating one.
- Check iOS Settings: Go to Settings - Accessibility - Zoom and make sure Zoom is turned off
- Force close all background apps. We also recommend clearing your Safari cache (Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data), which can clear out underlying memory snags on iOS.
- Keep in mind that thick screen protectors or device overheating can sometimes cause your screen to drop multi-touch inputs.
- If it still happens, try a fresh reinstall. Important: Make sure your game is linked to an EA Account, Game Center, or Facebook first so you don't lose your progress!
