VsA saying abnormal gameplay and not showing league name under player name

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I am playing vs Attack in Division rival , and I got this message. Although I'm scored all goals by my self. And after winning the game it says I was played abnormally and I rewarded lose for that. And also under my name it's not showing league name. I am already in a league.i don't know it is a bug or hack.
