Webstore related problem

Hello 

From many time I am facing this problem, I am 18 + and still Web Store is not opened for me. Eat always shows your account is underage last time I have reported and now there is a option to change your birth date I am 2000 Born and still when I claim that Web Store free reward it is showing underage acount and is not able for webstore transactions. Please solve this huge problem.
