Week 3 Chronicles Icon Quest Not Completing

For the first question it requires you to claim an Icon but it says I already did but I never received the accomplishment. Is there anyway you can check my account and see if you can fix this error p...

    Thanks for your patience while we investigated this with the team.

    If you claimed your Chronicles Icon Player before Week 3, that claim would not have been recorded for this objective.

    The good news is that the Chronicles chapter is updated weekly with additional Icon Players. To complete the Week 3 quest, please continue progressing through the Chronicles chapter and claim one of the newly released Icon Players. That new claim should count toward the quest objective and allow you to continue progressing.

I have played the world game events week 1 and week 2 but by week 3 I have a problem. For me to be able to complete week 3 I need to claim an icon in the chronicles chapter but I already did that before week 3 now I can't complete the chapter and don't know what to do. Please help as soon as possible.Here is my player ID if needed.

Hi I want to report about a bug in the worlds game  event week 3 national call there's a quest named collect a icon player form the Chronicles but I already claimed it so can you please do something about it because it's the quest I have to do to get the world game play ground that's all
