Re: Missing Weekly League Rewards

Hello FC 27 Support,

I’m reporting an issue with my Weekly reward. I had a good enough position/ranking this week to receive the Weekly Gems reward, and based on my position, I should have received 9,800 Gems.

However, the Gems were not credited to my account. I believe this happened because of a bug or an issue with the game.

Could you please check my account and verify my Weekly ranking/reward? I should have received 9,800 Gems, but I haven’t received them.

I would really appreciate it if you could look into this issue and credit the missing Gems to my account.
