Welcome Back Bug: Day 3 Star Pass Level 2 task stuck at 0/1

Welcome Back event Day 3 task is bugged. The "Claim LVL 2 Rewards in Star Pass" is stuck at 0/1 because I am already at Level 14. Claiming new levels does not fix it.
