What the heck is wrong with the referee system I'm playing against people that are sliding my players and pulling back my players right in front of the ref or the lines men and no calls are being made but if their players run into mine I get fouled or even carded? EA please optimize the referee system

It's quite frequent seeing as I play the game daily. And my play time is somewhere between 4 to 5 hours and in about 80 to 95% of the games this happens I thought It was normal but it's plain I get slide tackled from behind/front and pulled off the ball and they don't call for nothing. My players have been completely slide off the ball inside the box with the referee ignoring it
