Why are my Rewards in the anniversary event locked even tho I did unlock them

Idk if im the only one here but for me in the 4th week of the anniversary event when im getting the rewards i get some rewards locked and when i click on them instead of giving me gems or 1.million coins it gives me 5,000 coins idk why it happened on all the rounds
