"Why can’t I put the 113 Yashin into the exchange???? - Ballon d'Or event

It requires a 113 Ballon d’Or winner player, I have Yashin there, and the exchange doesn’t allow it. Why? He’s not in my squad. Is this a bug or what?" I dont understand this exchange…

    Hey everyone,
    I just wanted to check in to see if you’re still experiencing this issue. Could you please restart your game, make sure it’s fully updated, and test it again? Let me know in the comments if you’re still running into any problems with the exchange .

Hi! There Is a problem with requirements of new Ballon d’Or exchanges. E.g. I wanna do the exchange “113 OVR Ballon d’Or Winner Player”, it requires an 113 ovr Ballon d’Or Winner Player, and I have it (Zidane 113), however it is impossible to include him at this exchange. Maybe the card has to be tradable, but it’s not mentioned in requirements
