Why didn't I receive the gift from Redeem Code?

After the UTC 01:00 I went to the website of redeem rewards by using the redeem Code but after that I didn't receive any news in my account that I have got the reward free and  failed to claim the reward for today I didn't receive any notification in my FC mobile 26 account and and please help me to get rid of this and even facing problems couple of days ago I came to 1.5k gems of ballon d'Or pack and I didn't receive any reward from there due to network issue , is it possible to give me the enclaimed reward back and in this event the luck is very bad that I didn't receive 112 and 11 3 card which is a great bul**bleep** please solve the problem of mine and get rid of this problem soon
