Why i never got an 120/122 player?

Am i the only one with this issue, I spent Quite a lot of money, never got a Max player, never an 120 player when Max was 120 , same for 122, why? Before the vouchers, i Use to get 117 or 115 players when those where the Max ovr but now, not even one. Why, is a problem with my account or what ?
