Winter 8 pack bug still not compensation or an answer

EA please give some compensation for that people who lost thousand FC Points and Gems in the Winter sale box pack (I spent 38,98 € for lose 6000 FC points and 12500 Gems for nothing).I contacted with all EA customer service that I could find and it's unbearableand and unbelievable wait almost 11 months for an answer !!! please,at least contact me.(Please comment who has the same question)
