What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot found the main gift box from the Winter Wonders event's reward section after opening all 9 hidden packs.

I am writing a complaint to you about the Winter Wonders event's reward section.
After 12 gift box opening I cannot found any other gift box after refreshing , I opened all the 9 hidden packs but can't found the main gift box, my 900 points were totally wasted for seeking the gift box on that page and now I think that I can't get the milestone reward (102–105 ovr gift pack) in the limited time.I attached a picture of the bug for proof.
Please fix the bug and refund my 900 winter token for claiming the milestone reward.
