Not reciving Weekly Leaderboard Rewards

Respected FC Mobile creators i am here because from the past week i am not reciving the weekly leaderboard rewards due to which i am having scarcity in gems please solve my problem it cost me 1200 gems because i get minimum 6000 gems every thursday
