Hi, I redeemed the code WORLDCHAMPIONSHIP26 a few hours ago and the website confirmed that it was successfully redeemed. However, I haven’t received the reward in my in-game mailbox. When I try to redeem the code again, it says it has already been redeemed. Could you please help me receive my reward? Thank you.
