Wrong passes and shoots even thought they are out of my control

Hey EA Sports, this is about a thing, I have a FC ID named Saai_FC_17 and I recently reached OVR 113 since yesterday, the players of my team have been shooting without my command and shooting in my side when the player is about to score a goal. I searched Google and unabled the option auto play and floating joystick and auto passes and shoots. But still the same thing is happening to me . With that thing, I lost a match and 2 matches have been drawn. I hope you fix this thing or tell me what is wrong. I swear its not a misclick please help me, its ruining my tasks. Please EA Sports.
