45th Baloon d'Or pack without workout is disappointing

That was my 45th ballon d'Or pack. but I didn’t get a single 112/113. But most of the users have got something between 10th to 30th pack. Why am I the only one suffering? I am not satisfied with this. According to other people's pack, I think that was very wrong.
