81 ovr universal rank player issue
I want to know why we can't use 81 ovr universal rank player to rank up some 90+ ovr players ex☹️R9 icon 94ovr card and jay jay okocha 90 ovr card) when ever I go to the rank up section it just says ...

81 works for base cards 80-89
91 works for base cards 90-99
If you have a base card that is in the 80s, no matter what you have ranked them up to, only the 81 universal card will work
If you have a base card in the 90s, only a 91 universal card will work
