A bug that need to be fixed on my account

Hello there 

I was sent to post in here by customer feedback to resolve my issue 

In the achievement quests,  i Can't get to achieve the ( upgrade player skill to level 3 ) quest , there's a bug

Please make sure you fix this so I can complete my progress since I'm 8 quests away to get the reward I'm working hard for . Thank you
