A Dream Hero event (like the Golden Ticket)

Golden Ticket kind of event. Penning the idea straight here -

1. An event to create a DREAM version of your favourite player ot the player you desire to have in your team in a specific position.

2. Since the current peak is 103 OVR, The event should feature fun skill games and matches to finally end up creating a 103 OVR version of any player at some given positions with any desired attribute allowed to dominate. E.g. Creating a 103 OVR version of Messi or Lamine Yamal at CAM with passing attribute having the highest stats. Those who would like to have him at this position with full capacity and skills can enjoy this. The game should not allow placing him anywhere like GK or RB but in areas where he can excel like ST, LW, RW, CF, CAM. 

3. This would be like cooking something. Skill games and matches would be for collecting recipes (position, skill moves, attributes, work rate, etc.)

4. The final player formed would be untradable but of a certain position that fits in your formation without having to alter it. 

5. There can be certain matches to earn URP mascherano which on being obtained would directly rank up the hero being created with a limit of 3 rank ups. So the end product might be a 106 OVR dream hero, ranked up.
